Because of its high compressive strength, contact fatigue resistance that is superior to chrome steels, electrical resistivity and low coefficient of friction versus bearing steel, silicon nitride ceramic bearings can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine, petroleum, chemical, automotive, electronics, metallurgy, electric power, textile, pumps, medical equipment, scientific research, national defense, military and other fields.

The rings are made by chrome steel, stainless steel or silicon nitride ceramics. Silicon nitride is the main rolling material, and the retainers are made by PTFE, GRPA66-25, PEEK, PI, Nylon 66, Polyether acid sub-ammonia, stainless steel and phonemic textiles tube. Compared with ZrO2, full ceramic bearings made of Si3N4 are suitable to endure heavier load and higher temperature environment, which help to extend the application, such as high-speed bearings, high temperature bearings, corrosion-resistant bearings, shielded bearings, electrical insulation bearings and so on.
